A .doc arrived today an I clicked on the attachment, error says "Could not open, helper app does not exist. Change preferences." Well, I've been opening .docs with ooffice without problem until today. I don't know whether this is an incorrectly identified .doc and it's looking for some other app or what. #1) It would be nice for trouble shooting on my end if the error included the app path/name and maybe what type it thought the attachment was. #2) for productivity purposes it would then also be nice so that I can move on that the user were given the option to select the same or different app. Or maybe even just add option to the "right-click" on attachment (e.g. "Open with...") Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open attachment where helper app is not found. 2. 3.
