The web site is changed to www.emule-project.org due to a DoS-Attack until April
17th!!!

On this page you´ve some language icons. When moving the mouse over them, a
tooltip should be displayed with their name (IE does). Firebird doesn´t show them.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter the web site
2.Move the mouse over one of the language icons
3.



Expected Results:  
Tooltips should have been shown
