[RFE] Selective mail download and or deletion of mail on POP3 server.

1. Connect to a POP3 server and download only the header information for all
the user's mail on the server. Then display it to the user.
Eg. Sender, Subject, Date, Attachment, Frist line of e-mail.

2. Alow the user to mark each e-mail header for:
A) Download
B) Delete on server
C) Do nothing (not marked)
Any logical combination of A, B or C.

3. Have a command/button to execute the request as stated in section 2.

A good example/implementation of this is in a e-mail client called Pegasus Mail.

Benifits (not a complete list):
Reduce network traffic, since the user would not download unwanted e-mails.
Allow mobile users to selectively leave messages on the server so they can also
be retrived from other locations.
Allow the user to have the option of manual SPAM control when they chose to do so.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
