User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113 Currently, the link 'Need Help' on http://www.mozilla.org points solely to http://support.decisionone.com/mozilla/mozilla_help_main.htm whereas it should direct users to http://www.mozilla.org/support/ while the requirement to direct users to decision one is laudable, it should not come at the expense of other support options. Since there are actually two links "Need Help" and "now available" the first "Need Help" should direct users to http://www.mozilla.org/support/ as per bug 222519 where all forms of help are listed (Decision one has top billing here as well), with the second link "now available" pointing solely to Decision One Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
