User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040124
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040124

When printing an email from http://login.mail.lycos.com/ but NOT from the
"printable view", Mozilla crashes. This has been tested on both Windows and
Linux. It should be noted that the page contains Flash banner advertisements,
and both Windows and Linux tests involved Mozilla 1.6 and whatever the latest
flash plugin is. In other words, we aren't sure if the flash banners are
playing a part in the crash. I mention this because printing the "printable
view" in Lycos email works correctly and prints the email without crashing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to an email account on http://login.mail.lycos.com/
2. Select an email message
3. Once the message loads, print it. NOTE: do not select "printable view",
just print the normal email message display.

Actual Results:
Mozilla crashes, taking all Mozilla windows with it. Also, nothing is printed!

Expected Results:
Mozilla should not crash, and it should print the page.
can you try again with 1.7b and post Talkback ID for this crash ?

I just tried it on another computer in the research lab at my university. It is
a Windows computer used by another student. He has 1.7b complete installed,
with Talkback. We tried to recreate the bug, and everything worked correctly,
i.e. no crash and the page was printed.

I am having trouble installing 1.7b on my Fedora Linux computer in this lab.
The install works correctly, but upon running mozilla... it crashes. Then
again, Fedora never seemed to be a very stable distro in and of itself.

The other Windows computer in our lab that first showed the Lycos crash bug was
running 1.6, and I will ask the student to install 1.7b and test out the bug
again. I will also try 1.7b on my Debian Sarge Beta 3 install at home.
The Fedora crash is bug 239366.

In the mean time of getting Talkback ID, can you run Mozilla in GDB by starting
"mozilla -g" then "gdb> run" to start Mozilla and "gdb> backtrace" when Mozilla
has crashed.
Attach the stack trace via "create a new attachment".
As requested, the talkback data from Mozilla1.7b crashing on Windows when
trying to print Lycos email.
Ehm, this is not too useful. Send incident report to TalkBack server and then
write incident ID (string like TB15445K) to this bug. But thanx for your help =)
Luke Simon: Could you reproduce crash with Mozilla 1.7.x? Could you provide
TalkBack incident ID in such case?
No response from reporter for several months, marking WFM.
Reporter: Please reopen this bug, if you could reproduce with recent build and
could provide TalkBack incident ID.
