User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040211 Firefox/0.8 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040211 Firefox/0.8 when i tries to enter any chinese language site, my firefox would just close unexpectedly. it should load at least with unidentified character or soemthing, but it just refuse to open any site with foreign character. however, it only works by user root to view this site using firefox. other user would have this same problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. login as normal user (non-root) 2. open firefox 3. open url (that contains chinese character) 4. firefox close (unexpectedly) ** take note, my bookmark refuse to display any chinese character too. it just shows empty. however, same entry for bookmark by user root, it display properly the chinese character Actual Results: firefox close unexpectedly Expected Results: 1. load the page 2. not closing unexpectedly by itself
