Pushing the keys somtimes results in a page up or page down but mostly, the screen just flashes. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: visit the page and push pageup/pagedown several times. Somtimes it will work for a few cycles before failing.
This works for me in Firefox 0.8 on Win98. Can you tell if there might be a Flash ad embedded in the page that might be causing problems with keyboard navigation? Do you have any Firefox extensions installed that could be causing problems?
* when there's no flash on the page, the pageup/pagdown keys still don't work. * I do have three extensions installed: flashblock, adbloc, and "paste and go" * I still have the problem when I disable them, although it looks like flashblock is still working even afer I've clicked the disable button * the pageup/pagedown keys work fine on Windows2000, where I have the same extensions installed, I think
works for me in mozilla 1.7/winxp and firefox 0.8+/linux from 2004-04-20. Scott, can you reproduce this with a fresh profile without the extensions installed? If so please reopen. -> WFM.
