User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; de-AT; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; de-AT; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113 Hi! I have the problem that junk mail filtering does not move or mark spam with empty subject to the junk folder. Instead junk mail notifies me that the junk folder is not found and the message is marked as read. The problem seems to exist since version 1.6. Yours Christoph Hess Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Wait for spam mail with empty subject... (I got a lot of spam :-( ) 2. 3. Actual Results: Error message: "Junk mail folder not found." Mail marked as read Expected Results: Mark the message as spam and move it to the junk mail folder.
Sorry - I forgot: When marking the above mentioned spam mail manually as junk it is correctly moved to the junk folder without problems. Yours Christoph Hess
Christoph, I currently have more than a dozen Junk Mails in my Junk folder, all of them moved there automatically and I cannot remember any empt-subject spam I had to move there by hand (and I get loads of spam, this is only spam received during the last 3 days!). So maybe there's something special to your messages or the problem is fixed in 1.7b (which I have) or those messages are just not recognized as spam. If you want, I can send you test message full of spam keywords but with empty subject, to see if it is really not working.
