Overview:
Visual: In the Address Book under the View|Toolbars menu, "Show Toolbar" and
"Show Taskbar" are using the same mnemonic which is "T". Should the underline
be removed for "T" in "Show Taskbar"?

Jglick asked German if "Show Taskbar should have a mmemonic" in bug# 23997 for
the 3-pane. The results in bug# 23997 will determine the outcome to this bug.

Functional:
NT4: When "T" is selected then it effects the first menu item which is "Show
Toolbar".
Linux: - Linux, the mnemonic is there but pressing "t" does nothing.
Depends on: 23997
Waiting on jglick and german's responses.

"T" will be the mnemonic for Taskbar globally. So for the View --> Toolbars
menu in 3 Pane AB, mnemonics are as follows:

(A)ddress Book Toolbar
(T)askbar
Correction:

"Address Book T(o)olbar"

mnemonic should be the "o" instead of the "A" as previous specified. That way,
all Toolbars, whether it be Mail, AB, etc will share the same mnemonic.
Fix checked in. Just some changes to xul/js/css.

Verified Fixed.

Note: The mnemonic (o) for "Show Address Book Toolbar" actually appears in
"Sh(o)w" instead of "Toolbar". Paul explained that it chooses the first
character that matches the mnemonic and in this case the first "o" is in "Show".
We considered all other combinations of letters used in "Toolbar" but there were
conflicts with all of them except for "o".
