240713 - Java plugin installs to IE and Netscape but not Firefox

Many stock charts require the java plugin to run. Download and launch of the
plugin is sucessful, but during installation it asks one to choose browsers. The
only choices given are IE and Netscape. Following installation, FireFox is still
unaware that the plugin has been installed, and ask again for one to download
the plugin.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to
http://plugins.netscape.com/plug-in_finder.adp?mimetype=application/x-java-vm
2. Download and install Java.
3. Launch FireFox. 
4. Note Java not installed.

No, these links does not work. Unfortunately, if you have installed both,
Mozilla Suite and Firebird/Firefox, Java Plugin works properly under
Firefox/Firebird. But if you have installed _ONLY_ Firebird/firefox (without
Mozilla Suite) plugin does not work.

I don't know when, but Java began  work perfect (without mozilla suite)
