If I delete trash folder that has any unopened e-mail and then try to go back to
inbox or to browser the system just crashes. Its like I closed Mozilla. I
restart Mozilla it is fine. I can delete open e-mail and delete mail from sent
folder. It only has problems with unopened e-mail.Has been doing this since
Monday's Nightly
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Get some Junk e-mail I don't want to look at or the spam filter picks up
2.Go to delete unopened mail
3.Mozilla crashes
Actual Results:
Nothing restart Mozilla works fine until next time I want to delete unopened
e-mail from trash
Expected Results:
Delete trash and be able to go back to inbox or browser with out system crashing.

can you post Talkback ID or attach GDB stack trace ?

Run "mozilla -g" or "firefox -g" to start it in the GDB debugger
"GDB> run"
when mozilla/firefox crashes and go back to GDB, type "GDB> backtrace"
and attach the output here via "create a new attachment"
If your build is Talkback-enabled (check if you have a talkback directory in
mozilla/components), then a Talkback will popup whenever Mozilla crashes. You
can then mention the Talkback ID associated to the crash by running
mozilla/components/talkback/talkback

I tried todays build 2004041808 it crashes on deleting mail but this build has
talkback and I have it turned on. I also found out it is crashing on deleting un
opened e-mails that have been sent to the trash been by the spam filter. I can
delete trash that I send my self from other account or junk mail that the spam
filter does not pick up on I can send to the trash unopened and delete. May be
this bit helps. Mean while I wait now for some Junk mail that the spam filter
will pick up on.

As of 20040421 build of 1.8a the problem is no longer present. Mail is working
normal. Can delete unopen e-mail from trash and continue using Mozilla mail with
out Mozilla crashing.
