I noticed that Mozilla almost always shows a horizontal scrollbar on http://www.slo-comp.net/ page. It doesn't matter if my resolution is 1280x1024 or 1024x768. Currently I'm using Mozilla nightly 2004041608 on Windows XP, but I am seeing this for a long time and I also see it in Linux. The scrollbar button is always just a few pixels away from the full length of scrollbar between arrows.

worksforme with linux trunk 2004041708
I just tried in Linux (Fedora Core 2 and Gentoo) and this is also happening there. Mind you that this doesn't happen all the time. Mostly when reading forums.
I also get the same problem on http://www.pclinuxonline.com/ from time to time.
I see this on LInux LInux and on a two day old cvs build w/GTK2/XFT
Another page where this happens quite frequently is: http://arstechnica.com/
I also get this on Gentoo Linux Formu: http://forums.gentoo.org/index.php In both Linux and Windows and in both Firefox and Mozilla
Using DOM inspector I narrowed it to right align tables cells. All the sites except SLO-Comp.net are bug 239477. SLO-Comp.net might be, but will need a testcase to know for sure.
www.slo-comp.net now WFM LInux 2004090205
Yeah it appears to be solved now. I'll reopen the bug if this problem comes back.
I again always see the horizontal scrollbar on Gentoo Linux forums.
And on ArsTechnica too. I'm currently using build 2004-10-02-07-0.9
Is this still a problem with a recent trunk build?
Haben't seen this problem for quite some time now. It can be closed and I will reopen it if this happens again.
