If you make your navigation icons large, upon fullscreening via F11, the icons 
revert to small. You can then make them large, but this setting is not 
remembered. The icon ordering apparently is remembered.

This is the complete Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 
5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8
fullscreen intentionally makes the icons small.
