IE's Address bar puts some white space above and below the text. Firefox's 
Address bar does not do this, making the text look cramped. This should be 
customizable.

Steps to Reproduce:
This is of course theme-dependent, and no longer appears to be an issue with
1.0.    There certainly wouldn't be a pref, per-se, for what is basically
styling.  If something visual should be tweaked, file a bug for that, not for a
pref.
