- still no "bounce" feature!
- also known: quote char and "repl header" not fully configurable
- "forward inline" is missing and end marker for the forwarded message
- when replying to a message with text attachment(s), those attachments should
  not be included in the quoted message
- allow dragging a message to the attachment area to forward it (or even into
  the text area for inline forwarding?)
- add a button for toggling "normal/all header" in the message window (like
  for expanding the recipient list), don't rely on the menu item only

- when replying to a message with long lines, the text is not automatically
  "rewrap"ped; this should at least be an option
