When download a file the download manager does not show time left, trasnferred,
and speed. This use to work and is broken.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.download a file
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
time left, transferred, and speed to not show.

Expected Results:  
They should show like they use to as before.

ok, this time for real, should be fixed by darin's checkin for bug 240835
