The Left hand menu expands over the center iframe and lose the mouseover make
menu selection impossable

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Left menu Select Products
2.Under products but before iframe select WWW
3. and try to select any of the ranges inside WWW

Actual Results:  
Menu display but can't be selected

Expected Results:  
IE renders with CSS menu full selectable, It the bug or i can;t coded, notcable
if you run webdeveloper toolbar and disable javascript it works
