While wanting to pay my bills online at http://www.mbnanetaccess.com the webpage
says that it has detected an older version of netscape and that netscape 6.2 or
higher should be installed

Steps to Reproduce:
1.sign in
2.click on pay bill online
3.

Actual Results:  
it takes you to a page with the link to Netscape.com to download a newer version
of Netscape.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should have let me pay my bills online.
