I am using the Windows Large Fonts (125%) desktop setting. This causes many of
the Firefox menus (Print Preview is one) to flow off the right side of the
window. I have no idea what is on the right side of the Print Preview tool bar.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use Windows Display Properties, Settings, Advanced and pick the Large Fonts.
2.Start Firefox.
3.Open the Print Preview.

Actual Results:
Tool bar runs off the right side of the window.

Expected Results:
Need to see the whole tool bar in order to use it.

Bug 171454 might be related
This only occurs when the Screen Resolution is 800x600 or lower.
I must run 800x600 on some computers;
could we at least get the OK on-screen?
(example: the tools options general: change connenction settings,
 can't save changes without OK on main options screen)
Or at least a shortcut key for OK
