User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a) Gecko/20040420 MultiZilla/1.6.2.0c
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a) Gecko/20040420 MultiZilla/1.6.2.0c

There are several programs that when you open it they open some pages. Ad-ware
ones but also that "register now". One example is bit torrent. I think that we
should have a option to block that things from appear.

Also that should be checked in the load of mozilla so we don't need to wait for
mozilla to load for closing it just after.

The proccess should be something like:
1. The program opens the page for the first time and the page shows.
2. We go to popup blocker and say that mozilla shouldn't open that url when
requested from outside mozilla anymore.

Another things to implement should be a checker to see if the request is done 2
times in that minute. Because someday I may really want to register that
program. Then I go to HELP -> Register and it wouldn't open the first time, but
it should open if I go there within the next 60 seconds.

Also, If possible (but it is difficult) it could block all the requests from a
program. Very nice for ad-ware... If that isn't possible we should be capable of
blobk any url starting with a string (because for different ads the query string
would be diffent).

Thanks for your attention.
I'm not inside the mozilla coding but if anyone starts doing this I can help it
if you give me a hand and orientation.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
