Can't launch editor from a signed script

I would like to open editor from a remote XUL application. It always fail on
security, although I requested enhanced privileges:
netscape.security.PrivilegeManager.enablePrivilege( "UniversalExecAccess ..." );
and then:
window.open( "chrome://editor/content/", "_blank", "chrome,all,dialog=no",
documentUrl);
or:
java.lang.Runtime.getRuntime().exec("C:\Program
Files\mozilla.org\Mozilla.mozilla.exe -edit ...");

Expected Results:
I would expect that there will be a combination of privileges that will let me
open the editor.

Did you try requesting "UniversalXPConnect", and then opening the editor (while
the privilege is still in scope)?

I tried UniversalXPConnect as well as any other privilige I could find, in
various combinations
