I have looked around and there is no way to change the default character
encoding used for viewing pages, from the UI. Some sites, such as Google, seem
to take the user prefered encoding (sent out with request, I believe) and then
send back the pages encoded in that format. Since my browser default to
ISO-8859-1, it means thay any search results containing non-roman characters
aren't displayed correctly. It would be nice to be able to change the default
encoding - this is possible with Mozilla.
Reproducible: Always

This was not there in the version in which I reported the issues against. I can
confirm that it is present in 1.0PR on MacOS X.
