Some sites, such as http://www.nuklearpower.com/ have favicons that display
great in the menus, but if you look at them using Manage Bookmarks, only the top
left 1/4 of the icon is shown. I guess they are larger than the dfault size
(whatever that may be) and the manager is not making the same resize call that
the menu is doing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to http://www.nuklearpower.com/latest.php and bookmark it
2. Verify the favicon is displayed in the menu correctly
3. Go manage bookmarks and look at the icon for the bookmark

Actual Results:  
Top 1/4 of icon shown

Expected Results:  
All of icon should be shown, resized if nessecary
