Table layout broken at first loading time, or when it is reloaded.
But it's corrected when I go back and go forward.
I checked the HTML source, but I'm sorry that I couldn't find any problem there.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Simply go to the URL. (http://www.cybersyndrome.net/)
Note that it's Japanese page.
Actual Results:
I can see broken table layout.
Expected Results:
You can see broken table layout.
The page includes nested tables... it might be concerned with the problem.
this is wfm winxp2004092206. Reporter is this still an issue for you?

WFM, FF 0.9.1+, build 20041029, WinXP. Reporter, please reopen if you still see
this problem with a recent build.
