When no progressbar is needed (page downloaded), the lime green square moves to the right. Default installation. I disabled userChrome.css and UserContent.css, removed all extensions to no avail. See screenshot Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.dowmload and install Firefox nightly build #20040428 - OS X 2. 3. Actual Results: See description Expected Results: no lime green square.
