Details

When Japanese is used for the name of a filter, the change of ON/OFF of the
filter cannot be performed in a filter list.
When only English is used for a filter name, there is no problem.
And the following errors were displayed on Java Script Console.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Message Filter.
   Tools --> Message Filters...
2. Push "New..." botton.
3. Japanese is inputted into a filter name.
   e.g. "てすと"
4. Arbitrary filter conditions are inputted and an O.K button is pushed.
5. The enabled item (check mark) of a filter list is clicked with a mouse.

Actual Results:
the ON/OFF change of a filter cannot be performed.

Expected Results:
the ON/OFF change of a filter can be performed.

version 0.6 (20040430)
Mac OS X 10.3.3
This problem is still reproduced.
