I have "block unrequested popup windows" set.  At
http://www.sprintrelayonline.com, enter some text into the "Number to Dial"
field and then click on the "Connect to Relay Operator"  , there is supposed to
be a popup there but it is blocked.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have "block unrequested popup windows" set. 
2. Go to www.sprintrelayonline.com and enter text into the "Number to Dial" field.
3. Click on "Connect to Operator" button.

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
A popup should have popped up.
