Customizing Firefox' urlbar to sit in menubar instesd of Navigation Toolbar
results in broken display when hitting "Ctrl+L" in Full Screen mode.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View => Toolbars => Customize
2. Move urlbar upwards into menubar
3. close customizing dialog
4. View => Toolbars: Hide navigation toolbar
5. F11 OR View => Full Screen
6. Ctrl+L  to trigger visibility of urlbar
Actual Results:  
A fragment only of a urlcomplete dropdown appears like shown in this
screenshot:http://home.arcor.de/plsdontreply/adrbar.png 

Expected Results:  
An urlbar covering the whole width of the window should have popped up.

We had this as long as I can remember. This is no release blocker for 0.9 and
probably a dupe.

This bug 242401 and bug 248130 could maybe be wrapped into bug 171350 which
talks about cutomizing separate views for full screen and normal mode? But I
suppose there is still the issue of someone not having the location bar in the
full screen mode..
