When I installed Thunderbird v0.6 from the Installer, it complined that other
copies of Thunderbird where running. I closed two Mozilla suite windows, and the
installer was then happy.
So, Thunderbird Installer thinks Mozilla Suite is Thunderbird.

Steps to Reproduce:
Also, as an aside. I used component Prefs as there isn't an Install component
for Thunderbird under Bugzilla.

This still happens with the Thunderbird 0.7RC installer.
