Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any https:// site

Actual Results:  
Firefox hangs

Expected Results:  
Firefox continue working
I can reproduce this with an installer build but not a zip build, reporter were
you using the installer?

p.s. See also Bug 242275, security stuff seems broken in the installer.
