If you have a default installation of Mozilla you can find talkback at "c:\program files\mozilla.org\mozilla\components\talkback.exe" Select the incident ID with mouse ctl+c to copy and paste it into this bug.

Jed, can you reproduce the crash using Firefox 1.0 or Mozilla 1.8a4 (or newer)?
