Image shows garbage during movement which is speratic and clumsy.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View an animated gif.

Actual Results:
Movement is speratic and leaves garbage behind.

Expected Results:
Show fluid motion and clean movement.
works as intended in the 20040503 Firefox trunk build and 20040503 Seamonkey
trunk build.
errors in the 20040504 Firefox trunk build and 20040504 Seamonkey trunk build

Possible regression from this fix 241140 ?

Comment to 1 , a static animated gif shows odd behaviour, the image is jumping
left to right as if the alignment between the individual frames is gone. Gif
frames are partially painted over others.

Firefox should changed to Browser !
Flags: blocking0.9?
Confirmed, at least with the provided testcase.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8a) Gecko/20040504 Firefox/0.8.0+
(daihard: XFT+GTK2; opt. for P4/SSE-2)

I went and viewed a few others, but I didn't see any major damage. Can you find
more GIFs that do this? Someone might be able to examine them and figure out if
it's the GIF or Firefox...
Shouldnt this be Browser/GFX?
Confirmed again.

Jose: has anybody said that a 20040504 Mozilla does this too?

Caused by the checkin for bug 241140 - backing it out fixes the problem.
Reassigning to caillon.

biglol.gif consists of 18 frames, first frame width 62, height 114,
next 5 frames are 53 x 53, then frames of 58 x 44 and 61 x 39 are following,
then 63 x 67 twice, followed by 61 x 39 and 58 x 44, and six times 53 x 53.
Investigating.

Sigh. I just knew it was going to be something silly like this. Thanks to tor
