The Customize Toolbar dialog does a cute thing where it rolls down when it opens and up when it 
closes. However when it closes, it first jumps back to its initial position on the screen, which makes the 
effect rather odd when you've repositioned it.

This might or might not be a non-issue after bug 239278 is fulfilled.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open 'Customize Toolbar' dialog
2. Move the dialog
3. Hit 'Done'
Actual Results:  
The dialog is repositioned to its initial location, then rolls up and closes.

Expected Results:  
Should roll up in place, without moving.

Default Pinstripe theme, Mac OS X 10.3.3.

Customize Toolbar dialog is now a real dialog and doesn't 'roll' like a sheet in 
1.5beta 1, so this is no longer happening. Resolving FIXED.
