Using the current FireFox or Mozilla nightlies (20040505) I cannot get PayPal
transactions to submit (I am in the UK - whether this is important I don't
know).  All goes well until the final submit button.  This goes grey (JS, I
guess), but nothing else happens.  The next page doesn't load, and no info seems
to be sent (no alterations are applied to my account).  Have checked for JS
errors - none seen.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to www.paypal.com
2. Go through transaction steps, e.g. paying eBay fees or transfering money to a
bank account
3. Press Submit

Actual Results:  
Buttons grey out.  Nothing else happens

I can confirm that this also happens in the USA.  I can not complete a payment
or submit a tech support request to paypal.  No data is sent. Submit uses Return
SafeSubmit(this.form) method.  Also using nightly build.
