Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go into Preferences -> General -> Fonts & Colors and try to edit a color option. Actual Results: **** color menu pops up Expected Results: nice Mac OS X system Color Picker pops up
This applies to Firefox for Linux as well; please modify the bug report appropriately. Users of Firefox on all OSes should have a color picker for precise color selection.
It checked by Windows XP and Mac OS X10.3.3. OS -> all Hardware -> all And this problem is applied also to mozilla. Probably it will be applied also to thunderbird.
Well, take your pick here: bug 42894 - better color picker bug 56045 - can't select colors other than presets bug 90667 - rfe: Mac users should have access to native color picker bug 156989 - RFE: Mac OS X: Use Cocoa color picker... bug 233460 - [GNOME] use of the gnome colorpicker in the toolkit none of which really match this bug.
*** Bug 333348 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Is this a cross-platform version of bug 156989 + bug 233460? I don't see the point.
