Description

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8

When trying to encrypt an email to be sent, clickig on Encrypt This Message
option displaysa a dialogue box stating that you have to set up a personal
certificate for this, would you like to learn how to do this now? Clicking Yes
(or No for that matter) brings up no further information, it just closes the
dialogue box

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Write email
2. Select Encrypt This Message from the Security drop-down menu
3. Select Yes (or No) from resulting dialogue box

Actual Results:
Dialogue box closed. No further info, just stayed on the Message Composition window

Expected Results:
I would guess: Displayed some help file or open an option for setting personal
certificates

This is still true with TB 0.9+1126, Win2K (unless, presumably, a certificate is
actually set up already and/or Enigmail is installed).

xref bug 256915.
