clicking in text edit field scrolls window sideways

I was trying to fill out a bug report, and I had the window just slightly
smaller than the width of the bugzilla Description text widget area (the right
edge was scrolled off by about a quarter of an inch). I clicked inside the
description area to set the focus, and the whole document scrolled over slightly
-- not a big deal, but annoying. After scrolling, the "De" of "Description:" was
scrolled off, but so was the very last bit of the right edge of the text area --
the worst of both worlds.
I don't think selecting a field should scroll the window at all. Let the user do
that if they think they need to.

Amen! Akkana filed the same bug some weeks back, and even used almost exactly
the same description.
