The issue here is that the table draws the borders and doesnt take into account
which cells are in collapsed rows/columns. The only fix that I can imagine is to
store the cell borders in the cells them selves and let the cells paint their
borders. The advantage of doing this would be fixing nearly 70% of all BC bugs.
But its a huge task (this will not happen soon).
