243011 - Please let me remove the "Bookmarks Toolbar Folder"

I see from another bug report (234089) that one can trick Firefox into deleting
this folder by hitting "ctrl-x", and then a crash happens.  That report asks for
this trick to be disabled so that you can't delete it ever.  I'm requesting
different behavior, so I opened a new report.

Please let me remove this!  I don't want to use this folder (or any folder, for
that matter).  I just use a flat list of maybe a dozen or so bookmarks.

I realize that this is still version 0.8, and various things aren't done yet. 
But, I just hope that eventually this will be allowed.  

In other words, you should let the user tell Firefox how the bookmarks should be
arranged. Don't let Firefox force the user to adapt to its view of how it wants
the bookmarks to be arranged.  That's why I'm marking this a bug and not an
enhancement.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Bookmarks menu, then Manage Bookmarks
2. Click on Bookmarks Toolbar Folder
3. Note that you aren't allowed to delete it

(In addition, if you try to delete it directly from bookmarks.html, it will be
magically recreated at startup)

Actual Results:  
User get annoyed

Expected Results:  
Let me delete the folder

obviously there are reasons it can't be deleted, and it would require a lot of
work to support this, which isn't worth it for the single case where you want
zero folders.  WONTFIX.
