Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a) Gecko/20040424 Firefox/0.8
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a) Gecko/20040424 Firefox/0.8

The icon displayed is often that of a site higher in level (up the directory
tree), rather than the icon of the page itself.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
0. go to http://fkserv.ugent.be/ (refresh and wreak havoc until you see the
icon: yellow and blueish)
1. go to the above URL (http://fkserv.ugent.be/~germania) (same as step 0 until
you see the icon: a viking helmet white on black)
2. bookmark the latter
3. click the bookmark: you'll notice that it has the icon of fkserv.ugent.be
rather than the one of the subsite /~germania/
4. click refresh to get the correct icon

Probably other ways to reproduce this, but it's so complicated that I can't
really tell what all the possibilities are. It's easier solved than explained I
guess.

Actual Results:
all explained above

Expected Results:
display the right icon at once

sometimes it takes ages and restarts and refreshes and cache-flushes and more
refreshes to even display the icon...
