When installing more search plugins than fit into the sidebar, some are not
reachable. Unlike other panels, search panel is missing vertical scrollbar. Can
see this with Linux and OS X -> Platform and OS all.

Forgot to say that the problem with the search engine holds only for advanced
sidebar setting. In basic mode, search engines are in a pull-down-list. But the
search results are cut without scrollbar in both (basic and advanced) setting.

This bug is still reproducable with Mozilla 1.8b. Don't have the latest
Seamonkey, but I guess it is there too.

I _am_ seeing a vertical scrollbar, with sm 2005-11-09. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place. I'm seeing a scrollbar for the list under 'search engines', when I make the window too small to contain all entries. Is this where you meant?
