User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8a) Gecko/20040509 Camino/0.7+ Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8a) Gecko/20040509 Camino/0.7+ The Bookmarks Menu selection tears when you mouse over a subfolder. The problem only occurs on initial launch of Camino, and seems to resolve as soon as the menu redraws, such as after re-selecting the Bookmark Menu, or after selecting a page from the Bookmark Menu. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set up bookmark menu with multiple subfolders of bookmarks 2. Relaunch Camino 3. Immediately select Bookmark Menu and scrub up and down the bookmark folders. Actual Results: The Aqua blue selection area tears into two separate areas. Expected Results: Selection highlight should follow mouse cursor and not tear. This may be related to bug 176297 or bug 197933, but I have not seen any difficulties with Bookmark Menu text, only the selection highlight. Dup as appropriate. FWIW, this occurred on a prior G4/GeforceMX2 and on my current G5/Geforce FX5200.
See attached screenshot of menu tear.
probably has to do with updating the icons in submenus. we don't own the menu code, so it's apple's bug if anything. not really sure what to do with this, but i don't think it's anything that we can fix.
