When having tabbed browsing enabled/visible pages will sometimes appear blank,
although their content has loaded.  Appearing to not render the page and just
leave it white.

The length of time that the page will remain blank before rendering the page is
random ranging between instant to a few seconds.  Often a jiggle of a mouse
assists this.

Moving the mouse around the screen the status bar will change with suitable
links and sometimes links with :hover styles or image roll overs will appear
through the blankness.  Best way to describe the effect is to have the page with
a white sheet over it, but still functioning as normal.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure you have tabs open (1 or more)
2. Load a URL (I find http://www.google.co.uk/ a good test)
3. Mash reload until bug appears (apparently random)

Actual Results:  
The page will appear blank, in the case of Google the cursor caret is often
flashing in the search text box, just the rest of the page (including the border
for the text box) is not visible.

Expected Results:  
Rendered the entire page, as it does when no tabs are open and using a flat browser.

First noticed ~8th or 9th May 2004, although I haven't had a nightly build in a
while.

Alteration:
It seems that this bug isn't specific to tabbed browsing, but will occur when:
(a) Single window open with tabs turned on
(b) Multiple windows open, tabbed or not.

Well that was a fun bug.  Seems to be fixed.

Nothing identified as having fixed this - as opposed to the other bugs along the
same lines that have not been fixed (or even any confirmation that anybody else
saw it).
