243323 - Need larger "Send" button in the Compose window

Send button is the smallest button in the compose window.  Both "Security",
"Attach", and "Save" are much bigger, although the primary reason for the window
is to *send* the email, the user interface de-prioritises it with a small send
button.

Make it (the send button) larger, please

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Thunderbird
2. Click on "Write"
3. Mouse over the "Send" button and the others in the toolbar.  "Send" is the
smallest one (at least visually it is)



Expected Results:  
"Send" would be at larger, since that's the point of the window

all the images are the same pixel size in the default theme. maybe you are using
a non default theme in which case talk to the theme author
