243455 - Cannot create new Talkback product with Talkback Server 2.2

When creating a new product, you are not able to save it because the empty form
fields for TRACE and ASSERT Macros are not really empty.  If you look at the
page source there are unknown characters for the value of the empty fields (as
least they appear empty in the browser).

I also noticed that you can create a new build from an existing product, but
cannot make any changes.  If you try to edit the new build, you cannot save the
changes for the same reason as mentioned above.

Shiva made some changes to the cfm scripts to fix the problem.  We can now
create/edit new products and builds.
