24362 - Message totals not getting updated

The message totals in the lower right hand corner of the window aren't getting
updated when I delete messages, or mark messages read. The folder pane counts
are working, which means that the basic db -> rdf notifications are working.

This occurred when we changed the nsIFolderListener interface to have a new
function and to use nsIAtom.

We have an implementation of nsIFolderListener in our js files that needed to
have the new function added.  In addition, it turns out that nsIAtom isn't
scriptable. Therefore the functions that were passed an nsIAtom, including the
one that updates the status, was never called.  I've added the missing function
and I've made nsIAtom scriptable and this now appears to work.  I will send out
the diffs for code review later in the day.

I checked in the fix.  changing to M13.
