"background: transparent" doesn't work outside the browser window.
Steps to reproduce:
(1) Install Firestone theme.

(2) Open Bookmarks menu.

Is it still a problem with 1.5 builds? If so, is it possible to attach minimized
testcase (i.e. a little bit of XUL+CSS)?

No more FireStone theme in the the page.

I think this should be INVALID or something
because we can't investigate about this problem.
