Open Email message 2. Click Link http://my-symbian.com/forum/profile.php?mode=activate&u=41759&act_key=c3682a6cc1ef0bd 3. Error message appears Actual Results: On clicking OK, the message box closes and the Mozilla window causing the error closes as well. Expected Results: Probably just convert UTF16 to UTF8 ? Please tray it again with a clean installation. deinstall Mozilla, remove c:\programme\Mozilla.org\mozilla (except the plugins subfolder) and also c:\programme\gemeinsame Dateien\Mozilla.org An Entry point error is caused by an out-of-date .dll or an broken addon
