243745 - Not displaying personal toolbar anymore

Whenever I start up now Firefox doesn't display my personal toolbar, yet if I 
go look in the bookmark manager they're all there like they should be. However 
if I go into one of the personal toolbar links and modify their properties and 
hit 'save', then they reappear in the correct place. But they never appear on 
their own on startup. I haven't installed anything recently either that would 
modify my links.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start up
2.Right-click where toolbar normally is and get nothing.

Actual Results:  
You see a tiny little box that's about 10 pixels wide

Expected Results:  
Displayed my links as normal.

I'm using the default theme.

Works for me using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a)
Gecko/20040512 Firefox/0.8.0+

The build reported is basically five months old in terms of when the branch for
0.8 was cut, there has been large amounts of changes since then.  You might want
to try setting the folder as the bookmarks toolbar folder again (not sure if
this was actually fixed in 0.8 or afterwards).

Resolving INVALID, please reopen if you can reproduce in a clean profile (no
extensions) on a current nightly build.  (Import/copy your bookmarks into the
new profile)
