keynav: can't select mail folders for offline from keyboard
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Mozilla mail, select File -> Offline
2. Select either Download/Sync Now, or Offline Settings
3. In the list of mail folders to select for offline use, use down-arrow to move
down the list.
4. You can't set the "Download" checkmark from the keyboard: pressing the space
key doesn't do anything, and pressing Enter takes the whole dialog away.

Nits: fix the spacing style when copying code; put the keypress handler before
the click handler to reduce the size of the change.
